Do we accept DVA cards as a form of payment?

At this stage, we don’t accept DVA (Department of Veterans’ Affairs) cards, gold or any other level as a form of payment. This may be something we can facilitate in the near future.

Does Medicare cover the cost of the program?

All tests covered by Medicare are already included in the price. The price you pay is the total out of pocket cost.

Are private health insurance rebates available?

Currently, Everlab services are not eligible for private health insurance rebates. In Australia, private health insurance generally covers hospital treatment and some allied health services (such as physiotherapy or dental care), but it typically does not cover standard medical consultations like those provided by Everlab.

However, if our doctors identify the need for further investigations during your health assessment—such as a colonoscopy or other specialist procedures—they may refer you to external providers. In these cases, you may be able to use your private health insurance, depending on your level of cover and the specific service.

We always recommend checking with your health fund to confirm what is included in your policy.

Are there any additional costs?

Your program fee covers all diagnostic testing, doctor consultations, and ongoing health guidance. There are no additional costs.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for some of out programs. After your health strategy consultation you can request access to a payment plan for the remaining balance of your program.

Is the $299 initial payment refundable?

Yes. The $299 payment for your Health Strategy Consult and Baseline Risk Assessment is fully refundable if you choose not to proceed with your plan after you meet your Everlab doctor.

What does the $299 initial fee cover?

The $299 fee covers your Health Strategy Consult and Baseline Risk Assessment with your Everlab doctor.

During this session, your doctor will:

  • Review your past medical results—including blood work, imaging, and diagnostics—which we manually collate for you
  • Show you detailed biomarker trends over time
  • Benchmark your results against personalised factors like age, gender, ethnicity, and health history
  • Identify any elevated health risks and explain your medical risk profile
  • Recommend the most relevant diagnostic assessments for your unique needs

This process gives you a clear, data-driven overview of your current health and expert guidance on next steps. If you choose to proceed, the doctor’s recommendations will form your personalised testing plan, ensuring you receive the right assessments for your longevity and preventative care goals.

What is the price of the program options?

All Everlab plans start with a $299 Health Strategy Consult. During this consult, your doctor reviews your health, explains your testing options, baselines your risks and helps you build a personalised plan. The $299 is fully refundable if you choose not to proceed.

After the consult, the cost depends on the tests you select. Testing starts from $179, and you can choose as many or as few assessments as you need. Your doctor will give you clear recommendations and pricing before you decide.

No matter which tests you choose, you’ll receive a doctor-led results review, personalised insights, and access to all your results in the Everlab app.
