Are doctor consultations in-person or via telehealth?

All Everlab doctor and nutritionist consultations are delivered via telehealth. This isn’t a compromise—it’s designed to give you greater flexibility and better access to care. During your video consultation, your doctor will visually share and explain your results, ensuring you understand everything in detail. You’ll also benefit from access to the best practitioners for your needs, no matter where you live.

Are there any in-person appointments?

You need to visit our clinics or partner labs to complete your diagnostic assessments in person (e.g. pathology, imaging, physical assessment). All other consultations with our clinical team will be completed via telehealth.

Once I join is there a wait time to get started?

Once you pay the program deposit of $299 you can book in your health strategy consult right away. The next available appointment is usually within 3-4 days.

Can my Everlab doctor become my regular GP?

The Everlab program specialises in preventative care, and we are a not a replacement of your existing GP relationship. Please continue to see your regular GP for acute medical issues.

What happens after you complete all your testing?

Once your testing is complete, that’s when the real magic begins. Your Everlab care team—which includes your doctor, nutritionist, and coach—will come together to interpret your results and design a personalised health protocol, which becomes your action plan.

This protocol may include:

  • Targeted supplementation to address any deficiencies or optimise specific biomarkers
  • Medications, if clinically necessary and agreed upon with your doctor
  • Lifestyle recommendations—like changes to your sleep, nutrition, movement, or stress management habits
  • Ongoing tracking via your Everlab app

We’ll guide you step-by-step through what to do, why it matters, and how to stay on track.

When does the testing take place?

Testing usually kick off within a week after your Health Strategy Consult with your doctor. Most people complete their initial testing within 2-4 weeks of joining the program.

How does the program work?

Everlab programs gives you a complete, expert-guided view of your health—starting with your past records and evolving into a personalised plan with ongoing support.

1. Build your baseline
We begin by gathering and organising your past medical records to create a clear picture of your health today. Your doctor reviews your history, highlights risks and opportunities, and helps establish your personalised baseline during your 30-minute consult.

2. Receive your personalised plan
Using your baseline, your doctor creates a tailored health plan with clear actions based on your goals, risk profile, and what matters most to you. Your plan outlines which diagnostics and clinical touch points are most relevant to your health—and includes transparent pricing for each recommendation. You’re in full control: you choose which tests and next steps you want to proceed with, based on your preferences and goals.

3. Complete diagnostics and track progress
If you choose testing, you can book through the Everlab app at one of our trusted partner locations. Your doctor reviews your results with you, explains what they mean in plain language, and updates your plan with targeted lifestyle, medical, and supplementation recommendations.

4. Stay supported long-term
Your dashboard becomes your lifelong health hub, bringing together your data, insights, action plans, and future re-testing so you can track trends, understand your progress, and keep improving your wellbeing over time.

What's the first step in the program?

The program begins with your Health Strategy Consult and Baseline Risk Assessment. Before your session, we gather and organise your past medical records—including blood tests, imaging, and diagnostic history—to create a clear, unified view of your health.

During your consultation, your Everlab doctor will:

  • Review your historical results and show you key biomarker trends
  • Benchmark your health data against personalised factors such as age, gender, ethnicity, and medical history
  • Identify any elevated risks and explain your overall risk profile
  • Recommend the most relevant diagnostic assessments based on your needs and goals

This first step gives you a data-driven understanding of your current health and expert guidance on what to do next. If you choose to move forward, your doctor’s recommendations will form a personalised testing plan designed to support your preventative and longevity goals.
